How do I check the part fits my car?

Each product has a Vehicle compatibility panel and a specification table with the OEM part number. The most reliable check is comparing the OEM number with the part you are replacing. If unsure, contact us with your VIN and the product link — we will gladly verify compatibility.

Are the parts genuine?

We sell genuine (OEM) parts removed from vehicles or new unfitted units, imported from Germany. Manufacturer and OEM numbers are listed for every part.

What condition are the parts in?

The condition of every part is as pictured — the photos show the actual item for sale. Please inspect them carefully before ordering.

How does shipping work?

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country. See the shipping policy for details.

Can I return an item?

Yes, as a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. See the refund policy for the procedure.
